●  研究兴趣、领域:


分子如何自组织形成细胞?细胞又如何通过相互作用构建复杂的组织?这些基本生物学问题构成了本课题组研究的核心。我们聚焦于细胞与发育生物学领域,致力于解析生命系统中的精细结构与动态过程。通过整合多种前沿技术手段,包括高分辨率光学/电子显微成像、单分子生物物理技术、遗传操作以及生物化学分析等,我们系统研究细胞骨架复合物在发育过程中的结构特征、功能机制及其动态组装规律。在部分研究项目中,我们还与理论物理学家开展跨学科合作,运用多尺度建模方法对生物系统进行定量分析。本课题组以果蝇和小鼠神经元为主要模式系统,同时拓展至果蝇生殖细胞、哺乳动物培养细胞以及脊椎动物纤毛细胞等多个研究体系。通过对这些系统中分子机制的深入探索,我们旨在揭示细胞动力学调控的普适性原理,为理解生命的基本规律提供新的见解。
