●  研究兴趣、领域:


成体干细胞通过增殖和分化维持组织稳态,积累肿瘤驱动突变后,可能导致肿瘤的发生。我们利用小鼠和体外类器官(organoid)培养技术,结合基因组编辑和化学生物学手段,研究肠干细胞分化以及癌变的表观遗传调控机制及其干预位点和干预手段。
